Kelly began her career in aesthetics over 17 years ago.

Kelly discovered her passion for aesthetics quite serendipitously. After devoting two decades to raising her three daughters as a stay-at-home mother, she began researching treatments to address the early signs of aging and the years of self-neglect that so often accompany motherhood. What began as personal curiosity quickly blossomed into a profound fascination — she fell deeply in love with the artistry and science of laser and aesthetic medicine, and knew without hesitation that she had found her true calling.

A licensed Medical Aesthetician, Certified Laser Technician, and founder of Kelly’s Laser Aesthetics, Kelly has trained alongside some of the most distinguished names in the field — top plastic surgeons, renowned dermatologists, and master aestheticians at the forefront of medical aesthetics and laser expertise. With a particular devotion to Sciton, the gold standard in laser technology, she has dedicated herself to mastering its most advanced platforms while going above and beyond for every client she serves. Though her true passion lies in advanced, results-driven laser treatments, Kelly’s Laser Aesthetics also specializes in Cynosure Genius Microneedling RF Therapy, Cynosure Lutronic Laser Hair Reduction, SkinPen Elite microneedling, advanced chemical peels, and Hydrafacial MD.

What truly sets Kelly apart is her instinct for what’s next. Through her network and continuing education, she consistently identifies the most advanced, genuinely effective technologies before they reach the wider market — and brings them to her clients years ahead of the curve. She was performing microneedling with radiofrequency eight years ago, long before it became an industry standard. When Sciton released the BBL HERO during the height of COVID, Kelly recognized it would redefine the industry and invested in the platform even while her doors were temporarily closed. She was the first to bring BBL HERO, MOXI, and BBL HEROic to Louisiana, and the first in South Louisiana to offer TriBrid — the world’s first triple-wavelength laser.

Meet Lori

Lori Lockhart has been helping clients glow with confidence since 2003. She graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University in 1997. While well into her teaching career, she visited a top Miami dermatologist for her newly developed melasma. Experiencing the correction of her melasma using only medical-grade skincare sparked her interest in the industry. Lori made the leap from secondary education into esthetics while living in Miami. She earned her esthetics license at Florida College of NH and later, while living in Dallas, Texas, advanced her skill set by obtaining a laser certification — and she’s been changing faces and changing lives ever since.

Born and raised in Baton Rouge, Lori has also called Florida, Colorado, and Texas home along the way. While in Florida, she leaned on her education background when creating CEU classes to train and certify fellow estheticians in various esthetic modalities. She has trained and worked alongside top dermatologists and skincare experts, which has expanded her knowledge from basic esthetics to advanced treatments. In addition to anti-aging treatments, she specializes in the management of melasma, rosacea, and acne.

With more than 23 years of experience in the esthetic and laser industry, Lori has grown alongside the ever-evolving world of skincare and advanced esthetic laser treatments. Her teaching background fuels her passion for continuing education. She frequently travels with Kelly to advanced laser trainings to stay on top of the latest laser technologies, techniques, and innovations. Lori believes the key to getting the best results possible for her clients relies on a closely guided treatment plan, a skilled provider and patient education, all of which she provides everyday in the treatment room.

Dr. Flood is chief medical officer of Flood Family Medical Center. Originally from Prairieville, LA, Dr. Flood completed her undergraduate training at University of New Orleans with a degree in Bachelors of Science. After graduating in 2000, she later attended medical school in the United Kingdom and completed her medical school degree in 2007. Dr. Flood completed her residency training at Baton Rouge General Family Residency Program in 2010. She is board certified in Family Medicine.

After graduating from Residency, Dr. Flood worked with a renowned endocrinologist at the Metabolic Center of Louisiana, Baton Rouge, LA. It was here whereby Dr. Flood was mentored and gained vast work experience and knowledge with metabolic and endocrine disorders and discovered her passion to continue in this scope of practice. Dr. Flood is also board certified in obesity medicine.

Dr. Flood is married with two children and resides in Ascension parish where she is originally from. She enjoys quality time with her family, traveling and attending sporting events.
